The following message is from a Youth Pastor who is a good friend with a wonderful youth ministry. We worked alongside each other in New York City after the 9/11 tragedy (Click here for some of the pictures. He is in the maroon cap). If you get a chance to go this Sunday, you will be blessed to see the vision of their church and take the time to meet Vernon. Take along a business card to trade with him. He is a consumate networker! You never know what kind of good things could happen when we work together!
En Cristo,
Max

Hello Family,I need your help. This summer, I am taking a group on a missions trip to South Africa and Namibia, Africa. In these two countries, we have two families from our congregation serving in these countries. My goal is to take a group of 20 and to say the least, this is a very costly endeavor. Our mission is simply to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through serving and sharing. Our task are to complete construction on Church facilities in Namabia in addition to teaching and training the local pastors and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This group will also minister alongside Campus Crusade at a local university in South Africa through song and sharing the Gospel. To offset the cost, our church is hosting a benefit concert. This is a special invitation to join us this Sunday at 4pm at Solid Rock Baptist, 6302 Tidwell Rd. Can I count on you to help take the Gospel to the World. In His Service,Vernon Hubbard*
