Sam Houston High School Peace Garden
Today's special program was held to dedicate the Peace Garden Project to Council Member Adrian Garcia.
Councilmember Garcia has served the North Side community for several decades and was recognized by the student body of Sam Houston for all the numerous contributions over the years. The 'Be S.M.A.R.T.' Leadership students of the 9th Grade prepared this special event and dedication as a Service Learning Project to honor Service in Leadership of this esteemed advocate of the Houston Community.
