KSBJ will spotlight a newly established Training Institute called SHOUT! at the October 19, 2007 concert of Casting Crowns. SHOUTHouston.org is sponsored by the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative in cooperation with the Urban Youth Workers Institute.
