Old McCulloch County Jail (Brady, Texas)
Found this incredible shot of the Old Jail in Brady, Texas (where I grew up as a youngster) -the Texas Hill Country. Part of my history there was the opportunity of being the first non-white to get my hair cut in the White Man's barber shop. Leo Oates was the owner of the Brady Steak House where my mother worked, and he stepped up on behalf of our family. My father used to drive a gasoline transport truck for Fina gas and the Brady Oil Co.
